All products listed on yuraint.com are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, but in the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
All YURA products are crafted from premium vegan leather and contain no animal products of any kind.
4. ORDERS & PAYMENT
By placing an order on yuraint.com you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
We accept all major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. YURA International is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or circumstances beyond our control.
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $50 within the United States. Shipping rates for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from yuraint.com pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return policy on all YURA products. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
To initiate a return please contact us at info@yuraint.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
For damaged or faulty items please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographic evidence and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on yuraint.com — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product designs and brand assets — is the property of YURA International and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content from our website without prior written permission from YURA International.
