Vegan leather
What is vegan leather?
Vegan leather is a premium synthetic material that replicates the look, feel and durability of traditional animal leather without using any animal products. YURA uses high-grade vegan leather that is soft, supple, water-resistant and built to last. It is indistinguishable from real leather in both appearance and touch.
Is vegan leather as durable as real leather?
Absolutely. YURA's vegan leather is designed for real life it is water-resistant, scratch-resistant and built to withstand daily use. With proper care, your YURA bag will look as good years from now as it does on day one. Many of our customers tell us their YURA bags still look brand new after months of daily use.
How do I clean my YURA bag?
YURA bags are designed to be easy to maintain. For everyday cleaning:
- Wipe the exterior with a soft damp cloth to remove dust and surface dirt
- For stubborn marks, use a mild soap solution on a soft cloth — avoid harsh chemicals
- Clean with alcohol wipes for quick sanitizing. Our vegan leather is alcohol-safe
- Allow to air dry naturally never use a hair dryer or direct heat
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use
Are YURA bags 100% cruelty-free?
Yes, always. Every single YURA bag is made entirely without animal products. No leather, no suede, no wool, no silk. From the exterior material to the interior lining and hardware, everything is cruelty-free. This is not a marketing claim. It is our founding principle and it will never change.
Is vegan leather environmentally friendly?
Vegan leather has a significantly lower environmental footprint than traditional animal leather, which requires intensive land use, water consumption and chemical processing. YURA's vegan leather eliminates animal agriculture from the equation entirely. We are committed to continually improving the sustainability of our materials as better options become available.

Can I use YURA bags as carry-on luggage?
Yes. Several YURA bags are designed with travel in mind. The Sleek Roam, The Black, Monarch, Noir Luxe and Urban Voyager all feature trolley straps that slide over luggage handles for effortless airport navigation. The Sleek Roam's detachable front panel is perfect for holding travel liquids through airport security simply detach it, send it through the scanner separately and reattach on the other side.
Orders & shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate applies at checkout. We want getting your YURA bag to be as effortless as carrying it.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Delivery times are as follows:
- Standard shipping — 5 to 7 business days
- Express shipping — 2 to 3 business days (where available)
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is something we are actively working on and will be available soon. Sign up to our email list to be the first to know when we ship to your country.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time. You can also track your order at any time by visiting your account page or clicking the Track Order link in the footer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly so we can get your bag to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at our contact page and we will do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all YURA products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. We stand behind everything we make.
How do I start a return?
Starting a return is simple:
- Contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a return authorisation and instructions within 24 hours
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Send it back using the instructions provided
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Can I exchange my bag for a different color or style?
Yes. If you would like a different color or style, simply return your original item following the return process above and place a new order for the item you want. If you need help deciding which bag is right for you, contact us and we will be happy to help.
What if my bag arrives damaged or faulty?
This should never happen but if it does, we will make it right immediately. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund with no questions asked. Your satisfaction and trust are everything to us.

How do I get 15% off my first order?

Do you offer student or loyalty discounts?

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However creating an account makes it easier to track your orders, save your details for faster checkout and access your order history. It takes less than a minute to set up.
